1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
During sales, holidays, or peak shopping periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (India): 3–7 business days
International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, Mars Mash is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country's customs authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations worldwide. However, shipping may not be available in certain regions due to carrier limitations or legal restrictions.

If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and issue a full refund if payment has already been received.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Mars Mash is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Mars Mash is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

Unexpected delays caused by courier partners, weather, natural disasters, public holidays, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
