Refund policy

At Mars Mash, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Products purchased during clearance or final sale (if applicable).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved:

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or received incorrectly. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery.
